Forensic Engineering
Our wide-ranging experience with forensic engineering gives us the ability to investigate many different adverse building conditions. At the request of insurance companies, law firms, and building owners, we visit the site to gather pertinent information. We then create a written report summarizing the collected information, our opinion of proximate cause, and our recommendations for repair. As an extension of our forensic work, we also provide expert witness services and legal reports. Among the conditions we have investigated are the following:
